Wire EDM Technologies has our own Full Support Tool Room for general machining.
We have several Bridgeport types of mills, drill presses, grinders and lathes, etc. Machining of smaller to middle size parts are within our capabilities. We can prepare blocks from scratch for the EDM process. Replacement punches, die steels, form sections, etc. are no problem. We have surface grinding capabilities for parts as large as 12 inches by 60 inches and can hold tolerances to several tenths on parallelism. In combination with our EDM capabilities we can complete all your machining processes in our One Stop Shop.
