Wire EDM Technologies has one Small Hole EDM machine to serve your needs. We can EDM drill anything that conducts electricity. This process easily drills through any hardened material to produce holes to start the wire edm process. Electrodes are usually made of brass or copper to machine carbide and spin while burning to produce a straighter hole.

Capability

Our machine travels are 12 x 10 in the X and Y axis, with a Z axis travel
of 12 inches. Electrodes of .012, .024, .040, .060, .080, .093 and .118 are currently being used. Special size holes can be accommodated. Simply give us a call.
